Red Light Therapy at Home: What It Does and How to Start
How red and near-infrared light interact with your cells, what to look for in a home panel, and a simple routine to start with.

The basics
Red and near-infrared light are absorbed by the mitochondria, the energy-producing parts of your cells. That's the basis for the research on skin, recovery and joint comfort.
What matters in a panel: real wavelengths in the 630 to 680 and 810 to 850 nanometer range, honest power numbers, and low EMF.
A starting routine
Ten minutes, six to twelve inches away, a few times a week. Consistency matters more than intensity. The panel I use is linked in the Healing Tools section of the site.
